“Baltic” Style Bread with Caraway

Description

Traditional Russian rye bread with caraway, containing 70% rye flour and 30% wheat flour, with an intensive taste and flavour. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours of the product. The bread is baked in a stone hearth furnace, which makes its crust temptingly crispy.
