“Nachen” Bread

Description

The "Nachen" bread is named after its shape of a boat (from German: "Nachen" means a boat). This type of bread is characterised by its subtle taste of rye obtained from the ground rye and rye flour. The bread is made with a rye-wheat starter which increases the shelf life and enhances the flavours and taste of the product.
